Al LaPeter

Real estate and I found and fell in love with each other in the early 70’s, and after two years as a Realtor I became a broker and founded my own brokerage with, eventually, eight offices and hundreds of agents working for me. My real estate journey has included being a property developer building custom high-end homes and owning and managing apartment complexes and shopping centers in multiple states. After moving to Sun Valley, Idaho in the late 80’s, I purchased another brokerage and sold many multimillion dollar homes to clients on the Forbes 400 List, the entertainment industry, Silicon Valley, and many others. In the 80’s I presented advanced real estate training across the U.S. for many years. I have negotiated billions of dollars in value of real estate and that experience will benefit you in the sale of your property. I am more than just a Realtor, I am a consultant for all your real estate needs.

*My CRB (Certified Residential Broker) credential is the highest designation for a Realtor and is held by only 3% of all Realtors nationwide.

*My CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation is held by only 4% of Realtors nationwide. I received that as a founder and developer of the courses required for obtaining this designation. I later taught those courses nationwide.

*My GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation indicates further advanced education and training in the field of real estate and is considered an MBA in real estate.

It is very rare to find a Realtor that has BOTH the CRS and CRB designations. In the greater Tucson area there are less than ten Realtors, including myself, that hold both of these two National designations. I enjoy negotiating to get the best possible deals for my clients, whether in purchases or sales, from the initial purchase and sale contract through the Buyer’s Inspection Notice/Seller’s Response (“Binser”) where a deal can fall apart if not carefully handled, and onward to all closing details. With over 50 years of experience in this, there is no situation that I cannot handle with aplomb in representing my clients.

Al feels strongly that everyone deserves the white-glove treatment, whether the transaction involves a $50,000 lot or a $2 million home. For success in achieving your real estate goals, big or small, and to work with one of the best Realtors in Tucson, contact Al LaPeter at (520) 488-6088.
